Frequently asked questions

  • Who qualifies as a user?
    A "user" in Prokuria is anybody with access to the system. Each user has unique login credentials and specific roles such as Supplier Manager, Requester, or Approver, tailored to their responsibilities. Suppliers, although interact with the system are not considered users from billing point of view.
  • Are there any implementation fee?
    In most cases, yes. The fee typically depends on the complexity of the modules you select for your setup.
  • What does the onboarding process involve?
    The onboarding process depends on the modules selected and complexity required. For simple setups typically 2-4 weeks, while for more complex 5-10 weeks. Onboarding includes system setup, data import, and staff training, guided by our customer success team to ensure you're team fully prepared to use Prokuria effectively.
  • What payment options are available?
    Prokuria accepts payments via corporate credit/debit cards or bank transfers.
  • What currencies does Prokuria accept?
    We accept US Dollars and Euros. Other currency options are also discussable.
  • Do we need to sign a contract?
    Signing a contract is not a must because you automatically agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy when you sign up. A separate official agreement can also be signed upon your request.
  • What are your cancellation policies?
    You can stop using Prokuria and cancel your subscription within the 30-day cancellation notice period. After canceling, your subscription will end at the end of the billing period, after which you won't be charged further.
  • What is your billing cycle?
    Our standard billing cycle is quarterly or annual, depending on your preference. We also offer tailored billing options for larger implementations.
  • How is my data protected?
    Prokuria ensures data security with SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and regular backups. The platform is GDPR-compliant, ISO certified and securely hosted on Microsoft Azure servers.
  • Can I retrieve my data if I stop using Prokuria?
    Yes, all your data can be easily exported from Prokuria whenever you choose, ensuring you retain full control over your information.
